1st choice:  Buying and selling are voluntary acts.  Our customers must choose our products and services of their own free will and they will choose our products if our products and services help our customers achieve their goals.  This will require that we work hard and be effective at what we do to “earn” our business.

 

Decorative:  Our product has an aesthetic component to its design.  Decorative implies that our product is visually pleasing and will be judged as such.

 

Lay-on:  Our product will be a sub-component of an assembly that is typically laminated to a substrate.  The raw material may vary but our customer base will likely use our product to enhance the visual aesthetics of a product created from further processing.

 

Markets we choose to serve:  Since buying and selling are voluntary acts, we will not try to sell in all markets.  We will serve markets that we can perform well in and add value to our customers.  We will understand markets and make conscious decisions to create value, quantify that value and inform those target customers of the value we offer.  Based on this information, target markets and customers will make the decision to buy from us because we will become “the 1st choice”.
